How COOL is it when you get to provide food for the MLB offices in Boulder on Opening Day! We were so excited to be a part of the day over there. The menu consisted of Nathan’s Hot Dogs, Beef Sliders, a Nacho Bar and a cold salad bar with a Mixed Field Green Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad & Red Potato Salad. And for dessert - Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies! We had a lot of fun coming up with the décor for the day. Wish we had more pictures, but we were busy, busy getting this themed buffet ready to go!
